Bullseye

Yours truly had the pleasure of seeing McDreamy a few hours ago.  He came into the bar, all by himself, took a seat and ordered his double scotch, single malt.  Just like he always does.  The only thing, McDreamy didn’t look so dreamy tonight.  He looked tired.  Exhausted, really.  Like he was carrying the weight of the world on his shoulders.

Dr. Shepherd raised his glass to me and let out one big, minty-fresh breath of McDreamified air.  I’m telling you, it looked like he was just letting it all out in that one single sigh.  His problems, fears and worries – they were all let loose. 

I asked him if everything was okay.  He shrugged.  I could tell he didn’t want to do much talking, so I didn’t bother to try.  Pretty soon, Derek got up and walked over to the darts board.

Dude, let me tell you, McDreamy’s got an arm.  And, quite an aim.

With fire in his eyes, McDreamy threw those babies like missiles.  Seriously.  Missiles that left McDreamy’s hand, flew through my bar and landed in the center of the darts board.  Bullseye after bullseye.  I wonder what was fueling his rage.  I can only wonder…

Anyway, it must’ve been a rough day up at Seattle Grace because not too many other people came into the bar tonight.  Truth be told, I miss my regulars.  Well, Alex soon graced me with his presence, but Alex doesn’t really count as one of the regulars I actually miss.  Seriously, he’s in here just about every night!  You’ve got to be absent for at least 24 hours before you start to miss somebody, right?

I asked Evil Spawn where everybody else was.  He said he didn’t know for sure, but, he could make a few guesses…

Let’s see, the walking vagina (that would be George) was probably doodling in the hospital dungeons with Hot Ortho Chick (Callie).  Miss Bethany Whisper (Izzie) was probably putting down a triple word score with Dying Heart Guy (read:  Denny).  Oh – the crackwhore (Cristina) was probably attempting to take on a human form at home with Dr. Burke.  And, of course, the chick who gets drunk and sleeps with inappropriate men (better known as Meredith Grey) was probably off doing the vet.

So that’s what had McDreamy’s panties in a jumble.  He must’ve found out about Meredith and McVet!

Although, now that I think about it, why would Derek care?  I mean, Derek and Meredith are friends, right?  The kind of friends that talk to each other about their problems.  That go to bars together after work.  That go on hikes together with the dog they share.  Because…  you know…  they’re “friends.”  Right?  Riiiiiight.  Like that was going to last.

Well, I guess McDreamy’s arm soon got tired of launching dart missiles because he soon decided to take off.

Meanwhile, Alex continued to enjoy himself sitting at the bar, alone.  Just him and his beer.  Then he got a little annoyed when I called him a gynecologist.  Ha!  Well, it’s kinda true…

Nurse Debbie tells me that Addison is still making Alex jump through the gynie hoops up there.  Rat Boy, though, is being a good sport about the whole thing and is trying his hardest to take it all in stride.  He told me he could handle anything Satan’s Whore throws his way.  We’ll see about that…

As for Alex, what if Satan's Whore throws herself Alex's way? Could he handle that? 'Cause there is some major sparkage between those two.

Now, McDreamy has become McCrappy. He's insanely and outrageously jealous over Mer and McVet--even though they haven't slept togeter (the jerk assumed that they did, though). Methinks that Derek is ticked off at himself, and doesn't quite know how to conduct himself when his emotions get the better of him. Mr. Control is suddenly all jealous--which he does not do well at all.

Derek has no right to be upset if Meredith dates the vet (read: REALLY hot guy). He's a married man who broke her heart, and he has no right to be concerned who she's with. He lost that right when he chose Addison over Meredith.

Poor Alex, he finally got with Izzie and now she's goo-goo over Denny, and I can see why. He's handsome and charming but unfortunately his body is not cooperating. Would love to see them two get out of that hospital and have a REAL date.

Hey Joe, thanks for keeping us updated on whats been going on. McDreamy really pissed me off last night. Who does he think he is? What he said to Meredith, it was seriously uncalled for. I hope he realizes what a McJerk he is being/was and i hope someone tells him that Meredith is dating McVet, but that they aren't sleeping together. Then i hope he feels a lot worse than he already does. Ugh, i'm about done with Derek.

Of course he wants her back. He was okay with her when she was going after duds, but this vet has something solid to offer her. I am just glad to see she finally told him off. Maybe that's what has fired his arm up. She was right!

Addison's really a great person when you get to know her. It's not her fault that Derek didn't tell Meredith that he was married, or that he's been leading her on all season. Derek was the one who hurt Meredith, and Addison too.

i say screw McDreamy. he had his chance and he threw it away. He and Satan's Whore are FINALLY working it out and as much as i hated Addison in the beginning, i have to say i'm rooting for her now. Derek ignored her, she cheated on him, he dated Meredith... and, finally, after ALL that, they're finally figuring it all out.
Besides, since when does Meredith need not-so-McDreamy when she's got an even better guy: Finn McVet. He doesn't need to sleep with her to love her, and I think that's more than we can say about McDreamy. Finn and Meredith are both scared and damaged and they go SO well together.
